Statement Taking in Derbyshire, Nottingham & Leicester

We have long experience of taking both criminal and civil statements and a complete understanding of the different requirements and admissible evidence levels of both. All statements are word-processed and printed for signature on site so there is no attempting to decipher hand-written statements or having to proof-read typed copies. Where necessary documents or other items are properly exhibited and labelled. Where required a formal chain of evidence can be demonstrated and evidenced for all exhibits whilst in our possession.

Criminal Investigation Statements (S.9)

Our Principal has had 25 years experience in the Police Service taking Section 9 statement from victims and witnesses across the entire range of offences.

Civil Statements

We take civil statements relating to all areas but specialise in Road Traffic Collisions, insurance claim and and staged accident cases.

We can negotiate a charging structure with clients before commencement of any work. In most cases we will offer a fixed fee but in more complex matters an hourly rate may be appropriate.
