Locus Reports in Derbyshire, Nottingham & Leicester

We provide a comprehensive statement including sketch plan, photographs of the scene and at appropriate intervals on all parties' approaches and video footage if appropriate, e.g. Motorway junctions.

Our Locus Report statements in CPR compliant format include:

• precise description of the locus and the approaches to it by all parties
• all relevant road signage, speed limits, priorities
• road surface condition
• visibility, lines of sight, obstructions by road furniture
• appropriate road measurements
• evidence of recent works which may have altered the locus since the collision date

Photographs are taken at 25 or 50 metre intervals leading up to the collision scene as appropriate to the individual locus and circumstances in addition to general views of the collision scene. Where appropriate we will provide video footage of the approaches to the scene.

We provide a sketch plan with measurements and datum points for scene photographs.

Locus Reports can usually be undertaken for a fixed fee agreed in advance.
