We are holders of a Consumer Credit Licence in respect of Debt Collection.

We will accept instructions in respect of all the following commonly required tasks which are generally offered on a fixed fee basis regardless of where located anywhere within a roughly 45 mile radius of Belper. This covers the whole of Derbyshire, to Lincoln in the East, Leicester to the south, Stoke on Trent to the west and Rotherham to the north.

We have a vast experience of taking statements in all matters including criminal investigation, coroners enquiries, road traffic, insurance investigation and civil matters.

We have specific recent police experience in Administration of Justice including case preparation and the safety camera section.

Defence solicitors who have specific concerns about an ongoing case or issues on which they require advice are free to call on our expertise to examine and analyse documentation to establish correct procedure has been followed and suggest appropriate strategies.
