We are happy to accept all routine agent to agent assignments which will be undertaken by a named individual directly employed by this company with all documentation completed in your firm's identity.

We are usually able to undertake such assignments at a very competitive fixed fee rate which is reduced on the strict understanding that agent to agent work is accepted on our terms and conditions in relation to payment in particular. Our standard payment terms are 30 days although we may vary these for established regular client agents. It is a condition of acceptance of work on an agent to agent basis that you are responsible for payment of our fee within the agreed timescale regardless of the arrangement you have with the ultimate client and their satisfactory discharge of that arrangement. We may make an extra charge for urgent serves, those requiring documents to be collected and serves with unusual features or requirements and in these cases advance consultation would be appreciated. We may also make an appropriate extra charge where the address first given is incorrect and we have to attend multiple addresses.
We are not VAT registered.
